Politique de remboursement
Because all items in OGCK Shop are custom made to orders, we only accept return or exchange when wrong items are sent by manufacturer.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at ogckshop@outlook.com immediately if you receive the wrong item, and we will try to help you the best we can.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and resend the right item to you as soon as possible.
Refunds
If you would like refund instead of exchange, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ogckshop@outlook.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to make it right.
